Andrew Ong and Amadou Kilkenny Diaw joined King & Spalding as partners in its business litigation practice group, the firm announced Monday. Ong joined the San Francisco office, while Diaw joined the Washington, DC office.
Ong’s practice focuses on complex technology disputes involving patents, trade secrets, and contracts for high tech companies. He regularly practices in federal courts and before the US Patent and Trademark Office, such as inter partes reviews and reexaminations, the firm said.
