Mike Rueckheim joined King & Spalding as a partner in its business litigation practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.
Rueckheim is a patent litigator who guides technology companies through complex patent matters and has handled hundreds of patent matters including district court litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board post-grant processes.
He joins from Winston & Strawn.
