Will Stute joined King & Spalding as a partner in its product liability and mass torts practice group in Miami, the firm announced Monday.
Stute represents clients across the sports, technology, consumer products, financial services, and life sciences sectors on mass tort, personal injury, and False Claims Act cases as well as antitrust, securities fraud, and residential mortgage-backed securities litigation, the firm said.
He joins from Orrick.
