Andrew Bettwy and Jinyoung Joo joined King & Spalding as partners in its finance and restructuring practice group in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Bettwy and Joo bring market-leading experience advising financial institutions, private equity sponsors, private credit funds and portfolio companies on a broad range of financing structures. They have particular depth in asset-based lending, NAV and portfolio-level facilities, GP stake financings and other complex financing solutions.
