Jennifer Recine, Sarmad Khojasteh, and David Kupfer have joined King & Spalding as partners with the business litigation practice group in New York from Kasowitz Benson Torres, the firm said Tuesday.
Recine co-chaired the real estate litigation practice at Kasowitz, and she has experience with complex commercial, real estate, land use, and environmental disputes, according to King & Spalding.
Khojasteh concentrates on complex business disputes, dealing with securities and credit-related matters, commercial and contract disputes, and corporate governance issues, said King & Spalding. Kupfer represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal matters and regulatory investigations.
