Maureen Sweeney joined King & Spalding as a partner in its finance and restructuring practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.
Sweeney advises on acquisitions, restructurings, initial public offerings, and other significant transactions for public and private companies, the firm said.
She joins from PSP Partners, where she was general counsel.
