John Carroll rejoined King & Spalding as a partner in its antitrust practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.
Carroll returns to the firm after a stint at Sheppard Mullin, where he led the healthcare antitrust team. He advises on civil and criminal antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic counseling and compliance, and global cartel investigations, King & Spalding said.
