Ross Elfand joined King & Spalding as a partner in its business litigation practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Elfand handles claims involving intellectual property and antitrust laws and he represents clients in complex issues arising at the intersection of global privacy and competition laws, the firm said.
He joins from White & Case.
