Geoffrey King has joined the corporate, finance, and investments practice group at King & Spalding as a partner in Chicago, the firm said Monday.
He advises on corporate restructuring, workouts, bankruptcy proceedings, distressed asset acquisitions, and bankruptcy-related litigation, according to King & Spalding.
King, who served as a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman, represents large and mid-sized corporate debtors, secured lenders, equity sponsors, purchasers, and unsecured creditors, King & Spalding said.
