John Kleinjan joined King & Spalding as an executive compensation and employee benefits partner in Atlanta, the firm announced Thursday.
Kleinjan’s practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements—including their related tax, accounting, securities, and corporate governance aspects—particularly as they relate to mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
