Joseph Halloum joined King & Spalding as a partner in the corporate practice group and technology industry team, the firm announced Monday.
Halloum advises public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on domestic and international transactions, investments, corporate governance issues, and other corporate matters, the firm said.
He joins from Freshfields.
