Daniel Nam joined King & Spalding as a partner in its corporate practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Nam represents issuers, financial sponsors and investment banks in public and private financing transactions, including high-yield and investment grade debt, equity and equity-linked securities offerings. He also represents clients on bridge financing commitments, debt tender offers, exchange and consent solicitations as well as general securities and corporate matters, the firm said.
He joins King & Spalding from White & Case.
