Daniel Daneshrad joined King & Spalding as a partner in its real estate and funds practice group in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Daneshrad advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, including fund structure, formation, ongoing operations, regulatory compliance, governance, joint venture transactions, and continuation funds, the firm said.
He joins from Schulte Roth & Zabel.
