Mitch Tiras has joined King & Spalding’s corporate, finance, and investments practice group as a partner in Houston, Texas, the firm said Monday.
Tiras, who joins from Locke Lord, advises on the tax aspects of structuring and implementing transactions to maximize after-tax investment returns, according to King & Spalding.
He represents business entities, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies in complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters, said the firm.
