King & Spalding Adds Business Litigation Partner Olivier Antoine

Olivier Antoine joined King & Spalding as a partner in its business litigation practice group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Antoine’s practice focuses on high-stakes antitrust litigation, government investigations, and transactional matters, the firm said. He represents clients in protracted merger and antitrust investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, the Justice Department, the European Commission, China’s State Administration for Market Regulation, and other international antitrust agencies.

He joins from Crowell & Moring.
