Jamie Null joined Kilpatrick & Strom as a partner in the transactional tax team in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Null focuses his practice on transactional tax issues associated with U.S. inbound and outbound investments and concentrates on domestic and international tax planning for individual corporate and partnership transactions, the firm said.
He advises on private equity investments and structures, and on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions with focuses on the real estate, entertainment, biotechnology, energy, hospitality, and transportation sectors, Kilpatrick said.
He joins from Loeb & Loeb.
