Bob Stupar rejoined Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton as a partner in its real estate finance and capital markets team in Atlanta, the firm announced Monday.
Stupar concentrates his practice on lending and servicing of commercial real estate loans secured by various property types. He represents lenders with respect to loan originations, modifications, securitizations, workouts, and other matters related to commercial real estate financing, the firm said.
Harold Hagen also joined as counsel. They join from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
