United Network for Organ Sharing must face most claims of a proposed class action alleging it negligently failed to protect the personal information of organ donors and recipients that was stored in a database available to unauthorized users for 16 years.
Kidney donor Lisa White alleged injuries-in-fact sufficient to establish her standing to sue in federal court, and adequately pleaded claims of negligence, breach of contract, breach of implied contract, and declaratory judgment, Judge Roderick C.
