Sean Farrell and Thomas Rybarczyk joined Kelley Drye & Warren as partners in its litigation practice, the firm announced Tuesday. Farrell joined the New York office, while Rybarczyk joined the Los Angeles office.
Farrell focuses on antitrust investigations, litigation, compliance counseling, and white-collar defense. Farrell previously led the DOJ Antitrust Division’s New York Office and played a key role in updating the Division’s compliance guidance and launching its whistleblower program, the firm said.
Rybarczyk is a former senior federal prosecutor who tried numerous felony cases to jury verdict and argued several appeals before the Ninth Circuit. He led high-profile investigations ...
