Keller Postman’s Zina Bash Leaving for Energy Startup Base Power

Prominent Texas attorney Zina Bash is leaving Keller Postman to lead the legal department of the household-battery startup Base Power Inc., she confirmed to Bloomberg Law.

Bash, a senior partner in Keller Postman’s Austin office, will have the title of chief legal officer for Base Power. The company, co-founded by Zach Dell, the son of tech billionaire Michael Dell, aims to offer affordable access to power during blackouts.

“I could not be more excited to join the incredible team behind this mission,” Bash said.
