Karen Anzalone joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner in its structured finance and securitization practice, the firm announced Monday.
Anzalone will focus on commercial mortgage-backed securities and work on all aspects of the loan-to-securitization process. She advises on loan originations, warehouse facilities, Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits, resecuritizations, and collateralized loan obligations, the firm said.
