Katten Recruits Gidon Caine as Securities Litigation Partner

Gidon Caine joined Katten as a partner in its securities litigation practice in Silicon Valley, the firm announced March 18.

Caine’s practice focuses on securities and corporate governance disputes, including shareholder class action lawsuits, stockholder derivative actions, and mergers and acquisitions litigation. He represents corporations, board directors, officers, and special committees, particularly in the technology and life sciences industries, the firm said.
