Katten Names Jennifer Wolfe Office Managing Partner in Chicago

Jennifer Wolfe will be taking over as Katten Muchin Rosenman’s office managing partner in Chicago, where the firm was founded 50 years ago, it said Monday.

Wolfe has spent her career at Katten in the firm’s private credit practice, representing middle-market lenders in high-value transactions involving numerous industries, according to Katten.

Wolfe has built a private credit practice spanning several deal sizes and types since joining in 2000, including senior secured credit facilities of more than $1 billion for equity sponsor-backed transactions, the firm said.
