Wayne Aaron has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner with the financial markets and funds department in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Aaron provides counsel to hedge funds, proprietary trading and fintech firms, and other institutional investors about sales, trading, and regulatory issues affecting the securities markets, according to Katten.
He will serve as co-chair of the broker-dealer regulation group.
