Thomas Laurer and Ryan Hansen have joined Katten in London as financial markets and funds partners, and Daniel Lewin has joined as a tax planning partner, the firm said Thursday.
They advise UK, US, and international investment managers and family offices on their global operations, portfolio investments, and other corporate transactions, according to Katten.
They join from Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle, where they co-led the investment management practice in London.
