Miriam K. Harwood has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman in New York as a partner and chair of the new international arbitration practice, the firm said Wednesday.
Harwood advises clients in disputes involving cross-border commercial relationships and investments around the world and has experience in commercial litigation in US courts, according to Katten.
She has experience in investor-State treaty arbitrations and international commercial arbitrations, Katten said. The cases involve government regulations, construction and infrastructure projects, telecommunications, oil and gas projects, renewable energy, and mining.
