Isabelle De Smedt rejoined K&L Gates as a partner in its white collar defense and investigations practice in Brussels, the firm announced Tuesday.
De Smedt’s practice focuses on advising multinational companies on anti-corruption and fraud matters, including matters related to sanctions and export control. She also advises clients on day-to-day compliance issues and works with them to develop and implement effective anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance programs, the firm said.
She joins from Alston & Bird.
