Rob White joined K&L Gates as a partner in its finance practice in Sydney, the firm announced Monday.
White advises on project finance, public-private partnerships, and corporate finance transactions. He represents governments, sponsors, borrowers, and financiers on complex deals across transportation, defense, education, health, social housing, solar, and wind, the firm said.
He joins from Norton Rose Fulbright.
