Theodore Paradise has joined K&L Gates as a partner in the energy, infrastructure, and resources practice area in Boston, the firm said Wednesday.
Paradise, who joins from Hexicon USA, LLC, assists clients in navigating the electric utility industry, particularly with the offshore wind area and transmission development, according to K&L Gates.
He has a background in energy law and regulation, project development, transmission system planning, and operational issues, said the firm.
He will also work out of the New York and Washington, D.C., offices.
