Torsten Limberg has joined K&L Gates as a partner in the finance practice in Frankfurt, Germany, the firm said Thursday.
Limberg, who joins from Ashurst LLP, focuses on banking and capital markets as well as national and international asset financing, according to K&L Gates.
He has represented credit institutions and financial service providers in complex international factoring transactions, said the firm.
