K&L Gates Recruits John Bender as Litigation Partner in Seattle

John Bender joined K&L Gates as partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice in Seattle, the firm announced Tuesday.

Bender focuses on high-stakes commercial and complex litigation and investigations, the firm said. He represents public and private companies and individuals in cases involving securities, partnerships and shareholder disputes, corporate governance, trade secrets, intellectual property, fintech, and digital assets.

He also defends cases brought by regulatory agencies like the Securities and Exchange Commission and state attorneys general.
