Fei Shen joined K&L Gates as a partner in its intellectual property practice in Orange County, Calif., the firm announced Wednesday.
Shen focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling in the computer, software, and semiconductor industries, the firm said. He develops patent filing strategies, prepares US and international patent applications, provides opinions on patentability, invalidity or non-infringement with respect to IP rights, conducts due diligence investigations, performs post-grant actions, and provides litigation support.
He joins from Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.
