K&L Gates Recruits Employment Litigator Jimenez in Los Angeles

Carlos Jimenez joined K&L Gates as a partner in its labor, employment, and workplace safety practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.

Jimenez concentrates his practice on representing employers in California wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act matters in state and federal courts. He has contributed to California superior courts’ efforts to streamline case management in complex employment disputes and helps clients navigate California’s employment landscape, the firm said.

He joins from Protection Law Group.
