Chiara Anceschi has joined K&L Gates as a partner with the finance practice in Milan, Italy from DLA Piper, the firm said Thursday.
Anceschi, who has a focus on the debt sector, deals with lending, structured finance, debt restructuring, and distressed asset management transactions, according to K&L Gates.
She works with banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, and borrowers, K&L Gates said.
