K&L Gates has added seven corporate and private equity partners from a Dentons affiliate in Pittsburgh, the firm said Monday.
The new partners are Chris Thel, Ron Aulbach, Curt Anderson, John Wingerter, Lauren Crossett, Andrea Steiner, and Jeff Berkey, according to K&L Gates. They arrive from Dentons Cohen & Grigsby, a Pittsburgh-based firm that joined the Dentons network in 2020.
The group focuses on private equity, tax, M&A and transactions, as well as benefits and executive compensation. They represent private equity and private credit funds with more than $4 billion of assets under management, K&L Gates said.
Thel and Aulbach return to K&L Gates after previous stints at the firm.
