K&L Gates Names Ackermann Managing Partner, Giovannelli Chair

K&L Gates named finance practice leader Stacy Ackermann to serve as global managing partner as the firm passed the baton of leadership to the next generation.

Her four-year term starts July 1, K&L Gates said. Firm Chairman Michael Caccese on the same day will begin a year transitioning out of his role and to return to full-time practice and pass the reins on to mergers and acquisitions partner Rick Giovannelli.
