K&L Gates Hires Tothova as Asset, Investment Partner in London

Marianna Tothova joined K&L Gates as a partner in its asset management and investment fund practice in London, the firm announced Wednesday.

Tothova focuses her practice on private funds investing in various asset classes, with a particular emphasis on debt and private equity for both first-time and well-established managers. She advises on Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities, European Long-Term Investment Funds, and other retail funds and, generally, on fund and asset management-related regulatory compliance, including AIFMD II, loan origination and securitization, the firm said.

She joins from Dechert LLP.
