Todd Fishman joined K&L Gates as a partner in its commercial disputes practice group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Fishman’s practice focuses on defense of antitrust, commodities markets, securities investigations, and complex class actions. He represents companies and individuals in federal and state courts throughout the United States and in proceedings before regulatory agencies, the firm said.
He joins from A&O Shearman.
