K&L Gates LLP has recruited Elio Marena as a partner in the corporate practice in Milan, Italy, the firm said Wednesday.
Marena’s practice centers on corporate transactions and general corporate matters, including aiding domestic and international industrial and financial investors in the manufacturing sectors, according to K&L Gates.
He joins the Milan office from Colonna Caramanti with Marena, said the firm.
