Kelly Terribile joined K&L Gates as a partner in the corporate practice in Wilmington, Del., the firm announced Thursday.
Terribile advises on complex transactions involving Delaware corporations from inception to exit, including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
She joins from Greenberg Traurig.
