K&L Gates Hires Ferry Lopez as Labor, Workplace Safety Partner

Ferry Lopez joined K&L Gates as a partner in its labor, employment, and workplace safety practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Friday.

Lopez’s practice focuses on employment issues, the firm said. She represents employers in matters related to human resources management, including pay equity, compliance, payment of wages, reasonable accommodations, exemptions, terminations, and workplace investigations, in the hospitality, health-care, banking and finance, fashion and retail, information technology, professional employer organizations, and staffing industries. She also represents management in bargaining and labor arbitrations.

She joins from Hirschfeld Kraemer.
