Kevin Gustafson has joined K&L Gates as a partner in the asset management and investment funds practice area in the Chicago office, the firm said Tuesday.
Gustafson has experience in the financial and legal industries, including the global asset management and distribution sectors. He has a particular focus on exchange-traded products, according to K&L Gates.
He previously served as head of legal and chief risk and compliance officer, Americas, for Prudential plc’s eastspring investments asset management division, said the firm.
