Brent Hockaday has joined K&L Gates LLP as a partner in the labor, employment, and workplace safety practice area in the Dallas office, the firm said Thursday.
Hockaday’s practice concentrates on strategic employment counseling, litigation, trade secret disputes, and defending employers against individual and class action claims, according to K&L Gates.
His clients include those in the technology, financial services, healthcare, and insurance industries, said the firm.
He joins from Bell Nunnally & Marin.
