Vincent Galluzzo has joined K&L Gates as a partner in the intellectual property practice area in Charlotte, NC, the firm said Monday.
Galluzzo focuses on high-tech patent and trade secret litigation, appeals, and software licensing disputes, according to K&L Gates.
He also provides counsel on open-source software use, intellectual property monetization strategies, portfolio management, and licensing for software and other types of intellectual property, K&L Gates said.
He co-chaired the trade secrets working group at Crowell & Moring.
