K&L Gates Brings On Winston & Strawn’s Maria Kostytska in Paris

Maria Kostytska joined K&L Gates as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice in Paris, the firm announced Thursday.

Kostytska acts as lead counsel in investor-state and commercial arbitration and litigation across both civil and common law jurisdictions. Her practice spans oil and gas, renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, banking, aviation, and manufacturing sectors, and she regularly serves as an arbitrator, the firm said.

She joins from Winston & Strawn.
