Vishal Mehta has joined K&L Gates as a partner with the antitrust, competition, and trade regulation practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Thursday.
Mehta focuses on mergers and acquisitions and technology markets, according to K&L Gates. He has represented clients before the DOJ, Federal Trade Commission, and foreign competition authorities throughout the merger review process.
He has worked with public and private firms, private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, and emerging companies, K&L Gates said.
He joins from Morrison & Foerster.
