K&L Gates Adds Two Partners to Corporate Practice in Brisbane

Khilen Devani and Carl Hinze have joined K&L Gates as partners in the corporate practice in Brisbane, Australia, the firm said Wednesday.

Devani focuses on public and private M&A, complex joint venture arrangements, capital raising, and corporate governance matters, and Hinze has represented clients in foreign investment, cross-border corporate transactions, and complex alliance arrangements, according to K&L Gates.

They join from Holding Redich, where Hinze headed the China practice, K&L Gates said.
