Sonya Van de Graaff joined K&L Gates as a partner in its finance practice in London, the firm announced Friday.
Van de Graaff advises on cross-border restructuring transactions, distressed debt, and non-performing loan auctions, the firm said.
She joins from Katten Muchin Rosenman.
