Sarah Riddell joined K&L Gates as a partner in its asset management and investment funds practice in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.
Riddell advises private fund managers, exchange-traded fund issuers, futures commission merchants, swap dealers, exchanges, and clearinghouses on US Commodity Futures Trading Commission and National Futures Association registration, compliance, and examination matters, the firm said.
She joins from Morgan Lewis.
