K&L Gates Adds Robert Beste as Litigation Partner in Delaware

Robert Beste joined K&L Gates as a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution practice in Wilmington, Del., the firm announced Thursday.

Beste focuses his trial work on corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts, advising clients through trial and appellate work. His practice includes representing clients in the Delaware Chancery Court on governance and control disputes, breach of fiduciary duty matters, director election contests, and other corporate disputes, the firm said.

He joins from Smith, Katzenstein & Jenkins.
